3. Spunlace method: Spunlace is the process of impacting a fiber web with high-pressure water flow, causing the fibers to entangle and bond with each other, forming non-woven fabric.

-Process flow: The fiber web is impacted by high-pressure micro water flow to entangle the fibers.

-Features: Soft, highly absorbent, non-toxic.

-Application: Wet wipes, sanitary napkins, medical dressings.

4. Needle Punch method: Needle Punch is a technique that uses needles to fix a fiber web onto a substrate, and through the up and down movement of the needles, the fibers interweave and entangle with each other to form non-woven fabric.

-Process flow: Using the puncture effect of a needle, fix the fiber mesh on the bottom mesh, and interweave and entangle the fibers.

-Features: High strength, wear-resistant.

-Applications: Geotextiles, filter materials, automotive interiors.

5. Thermal Bonding/Hot Calendering:

-Process flow: Hot melt adhesive reinforcement material is added to the fiber web, and the fiber web is heated and pressure treated by a hot press roller to melt and bond the fibers together.

-Characteristic: Strong adhesion.

-Applications: Automotive interiors, household items.

6. Aerodynamic Web Forming Method:

-Process flow: Using air flow forming technology, the wood pulp fibers are loosened into single fibers, and the air flow method is used to form a net and reinforce it.

-Features: Fast production speed, environmentally friendly.

-Application: dust-free paper, dry papermaking non-woven fabric.

7. Wet laid/wet laying :

-Process flow: Open the fiber raw materials into single fibers in an aqueous medium, mix them into fiber suspension slurry, form a mesh, and reinforce it. The production of rice paper should belong to this category

-Features: It forms a web in a wet state and is suitable for a variety of fibers.

-Application: Medical and personal care products.

8. Chemical Bonding Method:

-Process flow: Use chemical adhesives to bond the fiber mesh.

-Features: Flexibility and good adhesive strength.

-Application: Clothing lining fabric, household items.
